Welcome! We’re so glad you’d like to join AmSAT. If you are an Alexander Technique teacher who was certified by one of the international Alexander Technique Affiliated Societies (ATAS), you are eligible to become a member of AmSAT in one of two categories.
ATAS-certified and living outside the United States
If you are a member or eligible to be a member of an International Affiliated Society and living outside the United States of America, you may join AmSAT as an Affiliated Society Teaching Member. (Formerly International Member)
Affiliated Society Teaching Member (non-voting) – $135
All ATAS-certified teachers, no matter where you live, please contact the Membership Chair to apply.

All ATAS-certified teachers, no matter where you live, please contact the Membership Chair to apply.
If you are a member or eligible to be a member of an international Affiliated Society and living in the United States of America, you are eligible for AmSAT certification and voting membership.
